We’re seeking an experienced Financial Modeling Analyst with a unique knack for creating models that prioritize both customer experiences and employee satisfaction, while also locking in our projections for fundraising. Your insights and analyses will be key to elevating our brand and achieving long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft financial models that focus not just on profitability, but also on employee benefit structures and customer satisfaction metrics.
Serve as the analytical powerhouse, translating data into strategic opportunities for profit-sharing and innovative employee benefits.
Research market trends in the beauty and wellness industry, especially regarding sustainable benefit programs and profit-sharing initiatives.
Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Customer Service to incorporate real-world variables into financial models.
Deliver internal reports to guide decision-making, ensuring that the human element is never lost in the numbers.
Continuously update models to reflect industry shifts, employee feedback, and customer preferences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in building financial models, with a strong focus on profit-sharing and alternative employee benefits.
Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software, with the ability to inject real-world variables into complex models.
Exceptional analytical, empathetic, and problem-solving skills.
Strong team player who values collaboration and open dialogue.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous exposure to the business models of companies like HeyDay, Peachy, and Dry Bar.
