Klayvio Set Up Expert - Beauty & Wellness (Contract)

Our beauty service company needs a short-term freelancer to create a master email flow chart, design email series, and optimize our email collection. This is a remote, contract position focused on setting up Klaviyo for email and SMS automation, connections with webhooks to our booking platform are set up. We also need our existing Mailchimp list cleaned and optimized.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Master Flow Chart

- Develop a comprehensive master flow chart detailing email and SMS series for various business segments.

Klaviyo Set Up

- Set up basic email and SMS series in Klaviyo.

- Integrate Klaviyo with our booking platform via webhooks.

- Design and implement automated email series.

- Optimize methods for email collection.

Mailchimp Cleanup

- Clean, and segment our existing Mailchimp list.

Skills & Requirements:

- 2+ years experience in email and SMS marketing, focusing on Klaviyo and Mailchimp.

- Proficient in creating flow charts and planning email series.

- Familiarity with A/B testing and data analytics.

- Strong design skills are a plus; HTML/CSS proficiency is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills.
